Philip Bowers is an experienced investment banker with a distinguished career spanning several decades. Currently, Philip serves as Managing Director at Bentley Associates since April 2008. Prior to this role, Philip held the position of Managing Director at Nomura from April 2004 to April 2005, where advisory services were provided to US and Japanese corporate clients on cross-border merger opportunities. Philip's extensive background in financial services and investment banking also includes a long tenure as Managing Director at Merrill Lynch from August 1982 to March 2003.
