Arushi Jain

Arushi Jain is a Technical Manager in R&D for Electrical Engineering at Bentley Motors, where responsibilities include leading the development of the next-generation Body Controller ECU for Bentley’s BEV and PHEV platforms, managing resources, and coordinating over 20 cross-functional teams. Prior experience at Infineon Technologies involved rapid promotion to Group Lead, where Arushi directed a cross-functional team focused on innovations in radar-based IoT applications. Early career experiences include an international graduate trainee role at Infineon and an internship at Texas Instruments, contributing to projects in radar technology and display power systems. Arushi holds multiple Master of Science degrees in Integrated Circuit Design from the Technical University of Munich and Nanyang Technological University, alongside a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology.
