Saladi Kartheek

Saladi Kartheek is an experienced engineering professional with a focus on design and project management in the automotive sector. Currently serving as a Project Lead and Senior Design Engineer at Tech Mahindra since November 2019, Saladi has been actively involved with the BENTLEY client, contributing to the Birkin Blower program and providing support for seating and interiors. In addition, Saladi works as a Dimensional Management Engineer for Bentley Motors since April 2021. Previous roles include Design Engineer positions at Inteva Products, where contributions were made to projects such as the Tilt & Slide Sunroof for Renault, and Design Engineer at e-mug Technologies, working on sunroofs for various clients. Early career experience includes a role as a Production Engineer at placebo gears & transmissions, with a focus on reverse engineering and production planning. Saladi holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from V. R. Siddhartha Engineering College, completed in 2012.
