Saqib Moosa

Saqib Moosa is an accomplished Technical Manager at Bentley Motors, overseeing Whole Vehicle Validation and Quality since December 2021. Moosa leads a team of engineers in addressing approximately 1500 open issues across all platforms, facilitates weekly technical sessions with the Board of Directors, and successfully negotiated a 27% reduction in external supplier costs, among other achievements. With prior experience as Lead Engineer for Traction Battery Cells and Area Quality Lead at Jaguar Land Rover, Moosa possesses a strong background in vehicle quality, design, and lean Six Sigma methodologies. Educationally, Moosa holds an MSc in Engineering Process Excellence from the University of Bradford and a B.Eng. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Sheffield. Additional contributions include leading diversity outreach initiatives at Bentley Motors to enhance BAME talent recruitment.
