Ashley L. Battle

Ashley L. Battle, Ed.D. has an extensive work experience in admissions and recruitment. Ashley L. currently holds the position of Director of Undergraduate Recruitment at Bentley University, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Assistant Vice President of Undergraduate Admissions at Lesley University from 2021 to 2023. Before that, they were the Director of Recruitment & Admission at New England College from 2019 to 2021. Ashley also served as the Director of Admissions & Recruitment at Bunker Hill CC from 2017 to 2018 and as the Associate Director of Undergraduate Admissions at Wentworth Institute of Technology from 2015 to 2017. Ashley L. began their career as an Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admissions at Northeastern University, where they later became an Enrollment Coach & Team Lead, College of Professional Studies. Ashley also worked as an Enrollment Advisor at the University of Phoenix and as an Admission Counselor at Mills College.

Ashley L. Battle, Ed.D. obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in African-American Studies and English from Mount Holyoke College in 2006. In 2007, they pursued a Master of Science degree at Columbia University - Graduate School of Journalism, focusing on Print Concentration. Continuing their education, they earned two Doctor of Education (EdD) degrees, the first one in Higher Education Administration from the University of Southern California in 2011, followed by a second EdD in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from Northeastern University in 2017.
