Nyudlia Araeva

Nyudlia Araeva is an experienced professional in grant administration and program management, currently serving as a Senior Grant Administrator at Bentley University since September 2022. Previously, Nyudlia has held the position of UMass ADVANCE Program Manager at the University of Massachusetts Amherst since September 2010, overseeing NSF-funded initiatives aimed at advancing women and faculty of color in STEM fields. Additional experience includes roles such as Project Director for USAID and DoE projects, Research Development and Support Specialist at the School of Public Health University of Massachusetts Amherst, and Graduate Training Program Coordinator in the Department of Chemistry at UMass Amherst. Nyudlia holds an MPPA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, as well as an English Philology degree from Kalmyk State University, and is pursuing an MBA at Bentley University's McCallum Graduate School of Business.
