Wayne Ciotti, MBA, PMP, ITIL, LSSGB, is an experienced IT project manager currently serving as Sr. IT Project Manager at Bentley University since August 2020, where Wayne successfully transitioned over 7,000 users to Microsoft Multifactor authentication.
