Jim Neill

Jim Neill currently serves as the AOS EMEA Regional Director at Bentley Systems since July 2025. Prior to this role, Jim held various positions at Cohesive, including Commercial Director EMEA and Director PMO EMEA from July 2022 to August 2025. Jim's earlier experience includes serving as Associate Director at PCSG from June 2018 to July 2022 and as Company Chief Engineer at Sir Robert McAlpine from May 2012 to December 2017, where responsibilities encompassed managing multiple engineering departments and leading significant strategic initiatives. Jim's extensive career at Sir Robert McAlpine began in 1989, with roles ranging from Pre-construction Project Manager to Chief Engineer on various high-profile projects. Jim holds a BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering from Abertay University and has been a Chartered Engineer (CEng FICE) with the Institution of Civil Engineers since 2012.
