Nikki Gattone

Nikki Gattone possesses a diverse background in instructional design, sales enablement, and support services. Currently serving as Sales Enablement Manager and previously as Sales Learning Specialist at Bentley Systems since November 2018, Nikki has developed expertise in creating effective learning solutions and sales training programs. Prior roles include Instructional Designer positions at SAP SuccessFactors and Devereux ADV. Behavioral Health, where Nikki applied research-based techniques and updated training resources to enhance learning outcomes. Nikki's early experience includes support service roles at Abilities in Motion and administrative duties at DRS Product Returns. Nikki holds a Master of Science in Instructional Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
