Ingrid Wetzell

Ingrid Wetzell is an experienced Human Resources Director with over a decade of expertise in managing human resources functions across various sectors. Currently at Bently Enterprises since April 2016, Ingrid oversees the development and implementation of HR policies, recruitment, compensation, and training for a network of 1200 associates across two manufacturing plants. Previously, Ingrid held the same position at SK Food Group Inc from January 2011 to April 2016, focusing on similar HR functions for the organization. Prior to this, Ingrid directed human resources for R.O. Anderson Engineering, Inc. from July 2004 to May 2010, managing staffing, employee relations, and performance evaluations for the civil engineering firm. Ingrid holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University and an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Kaplan College.
