Katrina Barrios possesses extensive experience in marketing, event management, and operations within the hospitality sector. Currently serving as a Marketing & Revenue Operations Coordinator at BentoBox since April 2022, previous roles include Onboarding Manager and Onboarding Associate. Prior to this, Katrina held the position of Private Events Manager at Fiola Miami and Events & Reservations Manager at ABC Restaurants, managing over 200 event inquiries weekly and generating over $2 million in event sales annually. With a foundation in event and venue management from Union Square Events and a background in public relations from the University of Miami, Katrina has cultivated strong customer service and operational skills throughout a diverse career.
