Tom Allen

Tom Allen holds extensive experience in real estate and public service. Currently serving as President and Principal at Cushman & Wakefield | Sage Partners since August 2016, Tom also occupies the role of Executive Vice President and Principal at the same firm. In addition, Tom has been a Justice of the Peace for Benton County Government since January 2009, fulfilling a legislative role within the county. Prior to these positions, Tom spent over eleven years as Executive Vice President of Real Estate at Hunt Ventures, managing significant commercial and residential properties. Tom's career began at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. as a Real Estate Manager from 1998 to 2006. Educationally, Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Arkansas, earned between 1980 and 1985.
