Jay Scherer

Jay Scherer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in private equity, venture capital, and operational consulting. Currently serving as a Board Member at 3E and Benton-Georgia, LLC, Jay Scherer has also held the position of Principal at 3.5.7.11 since 2013, focusing on direct investment and consulting within portfolio companies. Previously, Jay Scherer was the CFO of Bird Electric Enterprises, LLC, and an Associate at Edgeview Partners, specializing in mergers and acquisitions for middle-market clients.
