Cody Tedford has extensive work experience in sales, marketing, and analytics. Cody founded Bentonville Merchants in 2014 and served as the founder. Cody then joined Midsize CPG in 2015 as the Walmart & Sam's Club VP of Sales, where they focused on adding value to buyer strategies, competitive analysis, retail link reporting, and inventory and sales analysis. Prior to that, Cody worked at Walmart for several years, holding various positions such as Sr. Buyer, Buyer, Pricing Manager, Financial and Merchandise Planner, and Logistics and Supply Chain Merchandise Manager. Cody also gained experience at Tyson Foods as an Inventory and Supply Chain Manager and at Chrysler Group LLC as a Sales Manager.
Cody Tedford began their education at Arkansas Tech University in 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences in 2003. Cody furthered their education by attending the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville from 2006 to 2007, earning a Master's degree in Business/Operations Management with a focus on Operations Management and Supervision. In 2011, Cody attended the Walmart Leadership Academy for a brief period, where they studied Primal Leadership and Emotional Intelligence as part of a leadership program.
