Offensive Coordinator/head Track/history Teacher at Bentonville Public Schools

Brooks Rosson has a diverse work experience in the field of coaching and teaching. Brooks is currently working at Bentonville Schools as the Offensive Coordinator/Head Track/History Teacher since 2021. In this role, they have served as the WR/DB Coach/Special Teams Coordinator during the 2021-2022 seasons and as the Offensive Coordinator QB/RB/DB Coach during the 2023 season. Brooks possesses strong knowledge in the RPO game as well as passing concepts at various ranges. Prior to their current role, they worked at Lakeside Junior High School as a Football and Track Coach/Science Teacher from 2016 to 2021. Brooks also worked as a Graduate Assistant-Quarterbacks at Springdale Bulldog Football in 2015, where they assisted with quarterback development and other coaching duties. In 2014, they served as a Graduate Assistant-Safeties at Fayetteville Bulldog Football, assisting with the development of sophomore safeties. Brooks began their coaching career as an Assistant Wide Receivers Coach at Harrison Goblins Football in 2012, where they worked with the receiving corps and participated in various drills and camps. Prior to their coaching roles, they worked as a Recruiting Assistant at Arkansas Razorback Football from 2013 to 2014.

Brooks Rosson completed their high school education at Harrison High School from 2008 to 2011. Afterward, they attended the University of Arkansas, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Kinesiology between 2011 and 2015. Continuing their academic journey, Brooks then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Educational Theory and Practice at Arkansas State University from 2017 to 2018.
