Gina Amaya

Gina Amaya, PHR, SHRM-CP, has over 18 years of experience in human resources. Gina is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Benuvia Operations, LLC. Prior to that, they held the same role at Direct Biologics.

Before joining Direct Biologics, Gina worked as the Director of Human Resources at Service Lloyds Insurance Company and CAPSTONE REAL ESTATE SERVICES, INC. Gina also served as a Human Resources Business Partner at Gravity Oilfield Services and as a Regional Human Resources Manager at AirBorn.

Gina started their career as a Global HR Business Partner at JMJ Associates and then worked as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Mercer Human Resources Services. Gina began their HR journey as a Human Resources Manager at Lopez Negrete Communications.

Throughout their career, Gina has demonstrated expertise in various areas such as employee relations, performance management, recruitment, benefits administration, and policy development. Gina has successfully implemented HR initiatives, improved operational processes, and built strong relationships with leaders. Gina's extensive experience and professional certifications make their a valuable asset in any HR role.

Gina Amaya, PHR, SHRM-CP completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained another Bachelor's degree in Business Management from St.Edward's University from 1997 to 1998. In addition, they hold certifications as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2001 and as a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in 2015.
