Irene Shyshko

Irene Shyshko is an experienced professional in the fields of cost estimation, project management, and electrical engineering, currently serving as a Senior Estimator at Beon Energy Solutions since May 2017. Irene has a proven track record in fulfilling bid processes, assessing cost effectiveness, and managing utility-scale solar projects with expertise in risk management and project controls. Previous roles include Project Control Engineer, Estimator/Cost Planning Specialist, and Contracts Administrator at various organizations. Irene holds multiple diplomas in Leadership and Management as well as Project Management, along with a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'.
