Fátima Sarmiento Cámara has a diverse work experience in the field of marketing and advertising. Fátima started their career as a Junior Art Director at DEC BBDO, where they worked on branding strategy, corporate design, and advertising for FMCG companies. Fátima then moved on to Armando Testa, where they continued to work as an Art Director, focusing on branding strategy and corporate design for various sectors including automotive, food, pharmaceutical, and household appliances. After that, they joined Euro RSCG as an Art Director, specializing in creative conceptualization, advertising, and corporate design for FMCG companies. Later, they worked at Surgenia as a Brand and Product Innovation Consultant, providing advice to companies on new product development, range reorganization, and internationalization. Following this, they joined Avantine as a Strategy Director and Executive Creative Director, where they were responsible for brand positioning, brand architecture, and communication strategy for FMCG companies in sectors such as agri-food, tourism, fashion, retail, and automotive. Fátima Sarmiento Cámara has a Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Public Relations from CEADE, which they obtained from 1998 to 2002. In 2012, they obtained a Bachelor of Communication Sciences degree from the Universidad de Sevilla, specializing in Advertising and Public Relations. Furthermore, in 2009, they completed a Master's degree in GESCO (Marketing Direction and Commercial Management) from ESIC Business & Marketing School. In 2020, Fátima completed a Brand Identity and Strategy Specialized Program at IE Business School.
