Paul van der Blom

Paul van der Blom is an experienced aviation professional with a robust background in aircraft management, sales, and development. Currently, Paul serves as the Manager of Fleet Projects at Beond, a premium leisure airline based in The Maldives. Prior roles include Director for Commercial Development at Luxaviation Group, Managing Partner at PlanePurchase Executive, and Vice President of Aircraft Management at Nomad Aviation AG, where Paul significantly expanded fleets and negotiated commercial agreements. Earlier, Paul held senior positions at DC Aviation Al-Futtaim, Hawker Pacific, ExecuJet Aviation Group, and TAG Aviation, demonstrating a consistent track record in sales, operations, and strategic growth in both European and Asian markets. Paul began their career at Airbus as the Aircraft Sales and Leasing Director, overseeing sales and leasing across several regions. Paul holds an MSc in Aerospace Engineering from Delft University of Technology and further education from IMD.
