Lauren Ayala

Lauren Ayala currently serves as the Director of Responsible Business & Sustainability at BeiGene since May 2023. Prior to this role, Lauren was the Senior Director of Consulting at FrameworkESG, a Morrow Sodali company, where key responsibilities included providing ESG insights and strategies. At Incyte, from June 2015 to April 2022, Lauren held the position of Senior Director of Investor Relations & Corporate Responsibility, recognized as an internal ESG expert and successfully enhancing rating agency scores. Earlier experience includes leadership positions at Argot Partners, LLC, The Trout Group, Ipreo, and The Equity Group, with a strong foundation in investor relations and corporate communication. Lauren holds an MBA in Finance and Healthcare from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and a BS in Information Design and Corporate Communication from Bentley University.
