Alba Vega Mayoral is a professional with diverse experience in talent development and social work. Currently, Alba serves at beonit since July 2020, focusing on attracting and developing talent through innovative concepts such as Business Talent Outsourcing (BTO) and Talent On Demand (TOD). Previous experience includes a sales assistant role at C&A, where responsibilities encompassed customer service, product sales, and stock management, as well as a social worker position at Pisos Tutelados de la Comunidad de Madrid, involving user support, family interviews, and coordination with other services. Alba holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Talent Management from EAE Business School, a Master’s in Conflict Mediation and Management from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the same institution.
