James Cameron

James Cameron is a corporate lawyer who specializes in cross-border public and private M&A and private equity transactions in the technology, energy & resources sectors. James is currently a non-executive director at Open. James has also been an investor and board observer at A Cloud Guru, and a director at Athena Home Loans and Secure Code Warrior. Additionally, they have founded and been a director at BipSync since November 2011.

James Cameron has an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, a BSc in Information Systems from UNSW, and an LLB from UNSW. James also participated in the Inter-University Program for Chinese Language Studies at Tsinghua University, where they studied Mandarin.
