Markus Thamm

Markus Thamm is a seasoned professional in portfolio and fund management, currently serving as Portfoliomanager for Value Investment at BEOS AG since April 2022. Prior to this role, Markus held the position of Fund Operations Manager at Brightpoint Group from July 2020 to May 2022, where responsibilities included managing stakeholder connections across fund vehicles in the Venture Capital industry. Experience as a Fund- / Asset Manager at MPC Capital AG from December 2016 to June 2020 involved overseeing various funds focused on real estate and renewable energy investments. Early career experiences include an internship at JLL in Valuation and Transaction Advisory, an internship in Investment Management at Allianz Real Estate, and an apprenticeship at BLB Immobilien GmbH. Markus holds a Master of Science in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Aberdeen and a Bachelor of Arts in Real Estate Management from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin, complemented by a certification as a Management Assistant in Real Estate.
