Budrunisha Ally is an experienced professional in the field of human resources, currently serving as a Workday Functional Lead at Absa Group since August 2023. Previously, Budrunisha held the position of Human Resources Information System Specialist at Standard Bank Group from August 2019 to August 2023, where responsibilities included managing product solutions and support system enhancement projects. Budrunisha’s extensive background at Standard Bank Group began in April 2011 with roles as Job Design Consultant and HR Solutions Consultant, focusing on job architecture and supporting HR technology solutions.
