Earlier in their career, they were a Senior Partner at MindShare and Ogilvy & Mather, where they developed data-driven analytical tools to optimize media and marketing spend.

Kraig Schulz obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics from the University of Minnesota, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. Kraig later pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Applied Economics at the University of Arizona, completing their studies from 1996 to 1998.
