Alma Acosta

Alma Acosta has extensive experience in the field of human resources, with their most recent role being the Human Resources Director at Mi Rancho since July 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Human Resources Manager at Mi Rancho since September 2013. Before joining Mi Rancho, Alma worked as the Human Resources Manager at Clarmil Manufacturing Corp from June 2006 to September 2013. Additionally, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Clarmil Manufacturing Corp from June 2004 to March 2006.

Alma Acosta, MBA, pursued their education at California State University - East Bay. From 2002 to 2007, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Finance and Economics. Later, from 2014 to 2017, Alma furthered their education by earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior.
