Epenitus Naftalino Siboro

Epenitus Naftalino (Lino) Siboro currently serves as Country Legal and Compliance Counsel at PT Berca Carrier Indonesia since September 2022, contributing to a joint venture focused on HVAC products. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Legal and Compliance Manager at Novo Nordisk from October 2021 to September 2022, and various positions at L'Oréal from June 2013 to October 2021, including Legal Manager and Legal Secondee for Factory. Lino began the legal career at PT Indo Setu Bara Resources Tbk as Corporate Secretary from July 2011 to June 2013 and held the position of Corporate Legal and HRD Officer at PT United EL Karya in mid-2010. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Law degree in Economics and Business Law from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia, completed in April 2010, and a high school diploma in Social Sciences from SMAK V BPK Penabur.
