Adam Townsend

Adam Townsend currently serves as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Berenberg, having received a full-time offer for the UK Investment Banking Team. Prior experience includes roles as Fund Chairman, Team Leader, and Financial Analyst at the Twikker Fund - Sheffield Student Investment Fund, along with an Investment Banking Off-Cycle Analyst position at Clairfield International focused on M&A advisory. Adam has also worked as a Global Markets Summer Analyst at Mizuho in Fixed Income Sales and Trading, and previously held the role of Vice President at The University of Sheffield Investment Society (USIS). Additional experience includes a Corporate Finance Internship at Translink Corporate Finance and being part of the winning team in the Private Equity Challenge 2022 organized by NorthEdge. Adam is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Economics at The University of Sheffield, expected to graduate in June 2025, and has an earlier Higher National Diploma in Business Finance.
