Elizabeth Froehlke

Elizabeth Froehlke serves as a Partner at Berg Hill Greenleaf Ruscitti LLP since September 2019, with over nine years of experience in affirmative and defensive complex civil litigation, including fact investigation, discovery management, and trial practice. Previously, as an Associate Attorney at Littler, Elizabeth provided counsel on various commercial, labor, and employment issues. Prior experience includes serving as an Assistant United States Attorney and roles at the Boulder District Attorney's Office, the American Civil Liberties Union of Florida, the Colorado Court of Appeals, and the University of Notre Dame Legal Aid Clinic. Elizabeth holds a J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Philosophy from Saint Mary's College.
