Peter Schaub

Peter C. Schaub is a seasoned real estate practitioner and partner at Berg Hill Greenleaf & Ruscitti LLP, where work has been focused since June 2012. Prior to this, Peter was an associate at Faegre Baker Daniels LLP from August 2006 to June 2012. In the early 2000s, Peter served as project manager at CBMR Real Estate, LLC, overseeing revisions for a 420-acre planned unit development and representing the company at public hearings. Previous roles include manager/director of competition services at Crested Butte Mountain Resort and venue manager at Mountain Sports International. Peter holds an LL.M. in Environmental/Natural Resources - Land Use Law and Policy from the University of Denver and a JD from Cooley Law School, in addition to a Biology degree from Western Colorado University.
