Darren McDonald

Darren McDonald has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Darren began their career as an auditor at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts from 1980 to 1982. Darren then joined Smith & Wollensky Restaurant Group as a Managing Partner from 1984 to 2007. Currently, they are the Vice President of Operations at Berg Hospitality Group since 2017.

Darren McDonald attended the University at Buffalo from 1977 to 1979, studying Psychology. Darren did not complete a degree during this time.
