Diem Tran

Diem Tran is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in personal injury law, currently serving as the Managing Attorney at Berg Injury Lawyers since February 2011. In this role, Diem advocates for equitable compensation for injured plaintiffs, managing client expectations and guiding them through the injury claims process. Prior experience includes serving as a Graduate Assistant Writer at the UC Davis Civil Rights Clinic, where Diem analyzed parole hearing decisions, and as a Research Assistant at UC Davis School of Law, contributing to scholarly articles on transnationalism and diaspora. Additional roles include Student Attorney at the Immigration Law Clinic, Law Intern at the Orange County Office of the Public Defender, and Law Clerk at Public Counsel Law Center, among others. Diem holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Davis - School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of California, Los Angeles.
