Lydia Dejene

Lydia Dejene is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in retail management and buying, currently serving as Senior Manager of Category Growth at Bergdorf Goodman since April 2025 and as a Pilates Instructor at Studio Pilates International since March 2024. Previously, Lydia held senior management roles at Saks, overseeing Category Growth for Women's Designer Ready-to-Wear and serving as a Buyer for Beauty products. Lydia's retail career began at Saks Fifth Avenue, where various positions included Buyer, Associate Buyer & Planner, and Executive Excellence Program Trainee among others. In addition to retail experience, Lydia has a background in public relations from Boston University, where responsibilities included overseeing account executives for PRLab. Lydia is currently pursuing an MBA at Columbia Business School, expected to graduate in 2027.
