Michele Paisley

Michele Paisley has extensive experience in retail operations, currently serving as the Director of Store Operations at Bergdorf Goodman since September 2015, where responsibilities include managing the operational support for the Women’s store location and overseeing a team of Support Managers and Coordinators. Prior to this role, Michele worked at Neiman Marcus Group from November 2002 to September 2015, progressing from Sales Coordinator to Operations Manager, where oversight included multiple support areas and budget planning to achieve profitability goals. Michele holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania, earned in May 2002.
