James Deras

James Deras is currently serving as the Regional Purchasing Manager at Bergelectric since December 2022 and also works as a Real Estate Agent at Vismar Real Estate since November 2021. Previously, James held the position of Realtor at Excellence Vision Real Estate from April 2021 to November 2021 and returned to Bergelectric as Regional Purchasing Manager after originally holding the same role from May 2006 to November 2019. Earlier experience includes serving as a Purchasing Agent at Dynalectric/KDC Systems from 2003 to 2006 and various roles such as Field Assistant, Warehouse Supervisor, and Purchasing Agent at Carol Electric Company, Inc. from October 1998 to October 2001. James's career began at the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) as a Field Assistant from August 1990 to March 1993. Educational accomplishments include an Associate of Science degree in Administration of Justice from Rio Hondo College and military service in the United States Marine Corps from April 1993 to April 1997.
