Evan Kutzin, MAS, CEM, CFEI, currently serves as the Fire Marshal and EMS Coordinator at Ramapo College of New Jersey since April 2019, and is a Fire Official for the Old Tappan Bureau of Fire Prevention. Kutzin has a long-standing association with the Old Tappan Fire Department, holding various ranks including Chief of Department from 2021 to 2022 and serving since 2001. Additionally, Kutzin holds the position of Deputy OEM Coordinator for the Borough of Woodcliff Lake and has been an Investigator for the Animal Cruelty Task Force at Bergen County Prosecutor's Office since 2013. Kutzin's experience extends to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services as a Supply Management Officer since 2010. Kutzin's education includes a Master's in Administrative Science focused on Global Security & Terrorism Studies from Fairleigh Dickinson University, along with executive education in Business Administration from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor's in Criminology from The College of New Jersey.
