Dave Lamancusa

Dave Lamancusa is an experienced Capital Project Manager at Berger Communities since February 2020. Prior to this, Dave held positions such as Service Manager and Maintenance Supervisor at Morgan Properties for over 17 years. Dave has also worked as a Maintenance Director at The Woods at Cedar Run and Maintenance Supervisor at NRM. Throughout their career, Dave has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a dedication to overseeing maintenance operations, managing work orders, inspecting properties, and coordinating projects efficiently. Dave holds a Certificate in Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, and Refrigeration Maintenance Technology/Technician from Harrisburg Area Community College.
