Molly Haunty is a Partner at Berger Schatz, serving since July 2011 and specializing in family law, particularly in complex financial litigation, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, asset tracing, business valuation, and asset distribution. Additionally, Molly assists clients with assisted reproduction matters, including adoption and surrogacy contracts. Previously, Molly held roles as a Clinical Fellow/Attorney at the Children & Family Justice Center at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, focusing on the due process rights of indigent populations, and participated in clinical programs gaining motion and trial experience. Molly also completed judicial externships with Magistrate Judge Morton Denlow and Judge Marvin Aspen in the Northern District of Illinois. Educational credentials include a J.D. from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a BA in Political Science and History from Northwestern University.
