Pam England Rogers

Pam England Rogers has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Pam is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at Berger Singerman since July 2021. Prior to this role, they were a Senior Attorney at the Florida Department of Children and Families from December 2018 to June 2021. Pam also worked as a Public Sector Career Counselor at St. Thomas University School of Law from October 2017 to July 2018, where they assisted students and alumni in finding internships and jobs in the public sector. Before that, they served as a Staff Attorney at St. Thomas University Human Rights Institute from May 2005 to September 2017, representing clients in immigration court and handling various applications for relief. Pam's early career includes working as an Assistant State Attorney at the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office from February 1995 to June 2003.
