Melanie Lafrance

Melanie Lafrance possesses extensive experience in the field of information technology, currently serving as a Supervisor in Support and IT Infrastructure at Berger since July 2020. Prior to this role, Melanie held various positions at Groupe Morneau, including Project Manager and IT Support Supervisor, spanning from November 2002 to July 2020. Melanie's academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Integrated Computer Science and Management, along with a Business Systems Analysis Certificate from Université Laval. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Information Technology Management at Université Laval, Melanie also holds an ITIL Foundation certification from Axelos and an IT Management Techniques diploma from Cégep de Rivière-du-Loup.
