Sylvain Lagune

Sylvain LAGUNE is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Responsable Pôle Gestion des Compétences & des Carrières at BERGERAT MONNOYEUR since July 2019. In this role, Sylvain oversees the deployment of a new leadership model and a new HRIS (Workday) focused on talent and performance management. Previous positions include Responsable des Ressources Humaines Siège and Responsable des Ressources Humaines Régional at EUROMASTER FRANCE, where Sylvain implemented HR strategies and provided guidance to operational managers.
