Lloyd Winawer

Lloyd Winawer is a Partner specializing in Securities Litigation, Investigations, and Post-Closing Disputes at Bergeson, LLP since July 2021. Prior to that, Lloyd worked as a Partner at Goodwin from June 2007 to July 2021, and at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati from 1996 to 2007. Lloyd obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brandeis University and went on to earn a degree in Law from New York University School of Law.
