Scott Wornow

Scott Wornow is currently working as the Senior Counsel at Bergeson, LLP, providing expert advice on M&A post-closing disputes. Scott is also the Senior Partner at Wornow Legal & Advisory Services, with thirty years of experience in legal advising and corporate advisory. Additionally, Scott serves as the Vice Chair of the Business Law Section at The Bar Association of San Francisco. Scott is also a Strategic & Legal Advisor at BlueDome Technologies and Chatalyze. Previously, Scott held positions such as General Counsel & Chief Legal Officer at NexGen Power Systems and Senior Vice President at Atmel Corporation. Scott has a JD from Harvard Law School, an MA in Law from the University of Cambridge, and a BA from the University of Virginia.
