John Padberg

As Project Executive, John is responsible for the administration and successful execution of the building construction project to which he is assigned. He will be responsible for all budgets, estimating support, value engineering, trade contractor analysis, and constructability recommendations. John will work closely with the Owner and Architect from the beginning of the design phase through project completion in order to achieve effective budget control and schedule completion.
