Brett Newsham

Brett Newsham is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as the Director of Northwest Operations at BergmanKPRS since June 2018, Brett is responsible for the overall success of the regional office, encompassing business development, estimating, policy and procedure generation, and acting as project executive on large, mission-critical projects. Additionally, Brett has been the Managing Member of Construction Generalist since November 2010, which focuses on providing comprehensive general contracting, homebuilding, and construction consulting services in the Pacific Northwest. Brett holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from the University of Washington.
