Juliane Baker

Juliane Baker is an experienced professional with a strong background in team leadership and inventory control. Since May 2008, Juliane has been serving as a Team Lead at Bergstrom Inc., where responsibilities include training, promoting safety, and implementing continuous improvement strategies such as 5S, LEAN, and Six Sigma. Prior to this, Juliane worked at Integrated Point of Sale from 2006 to 2008, overseeing inventory management for Point of Sale equipment and coordinating with suppliers and customers. Juliane began a career at Zaddo Display Group as an assembler and quickly advanced to Purchasing Agent, managing procurement of materials. Educational qualifications include a degree in Crime Scene Investigation from Rasmussen College and a degree in Automated Systems Design from Macomb Community College.
