Chu-Seng Teo has extensive experience in sales and business development. Chu-Seng started their career at Crown Holdings, Inc. in 1994, where they worked as a Sales and Marketing Manager for three years. Chu-Seng then moved on to FAG Aerospace GmbH & Co. KG in 1997, where they served as a Regional Sales Manager for a year. In 1998, Chu-Seng Teo joined Ranpak as the General Sales Manager for the Asia-Pacific region, a role they held until 2016. Currently, they are the Business Development Director at BERICAP, a position they have held since 2016.

Chu-Seng Teo has a strong educational background with a variety of degrees and studies. In 1976, they attended Raffles Institution, although the degree and field of study were not specified. Later on, from 1980 to 1981, they attended Temasek Junior College, again with no degree or field of study specified. Chu-Seng Teo then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics from the National University of Singapore from 1984 to 1988. Finally, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University Singapore between 1991 and 1994.
