Dana Pennington has over 20 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at BERICAP since December 2009. Prior to this role, Dana worked in the human resources department at Freightliner Custom Chassis from August 1999 to January 2009, focusing on safety and training. Dana holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Limestone University, obtained between 1994 and 1996.
