Inga Meloyan

Inga Meloyan is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. As the Global Human Resources Manager at Far Out Solutions since June 2019, Inga has developed expertise in personnel selection, performance monitoring, and staff training. Prior roles include Head of Human Resources at "Rusalloys" LTD and the "Children and Youth National Center," where Inga oversaw recruitment processes, staff performance, and benefits administration. Inga's background also features positions as an HR Business Partner at STARMAN Agency and Retco, along with HR management at the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia. Inga holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Economics and Law from Technical University Georgia, complemented by earlier experience in HR coordination and volunteer translation services.
