Marcio Milhan

Marcio Milhan is an experienced professional with a background in engineering and product development, holding a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from Faculdade Maxplanck. Currently serving as Gerente de Planta and Gerente Técnico at BERICAP since April 2012, Marcio oversees mold maintenance and industrial processes while providing support to the commercial area for new product development and modifications. Prior experience includes the role of Gerente de desenvolvimento de produtos at Igaratiba, where Marcio was responsible for custom product development through various processes, serving notable clients such as Avon and L’Oréal. Earlier positions include Gerente técnico at The Plastek Group, managing product development and mold maintenance, and CNC Programmer at Plastek do Brasil Ltda, focused on national and international mold projects and programming using CAD/CAM systems.
